"16 Wishes" is a Disney made for TV movie which stars Debby Ryan, she has been in several series for Disney but now she has a chance to become one of their top stars with this film as the lead actor and I think she pulled it off. As far as the story goes it is typical Disney fare, the main character has a major problem but cannot fix it due to her greed and just not being who she is, She then has another chance at setting things straight and does so while learning an important lesson along the way. A fairy tale fantasy that while not true to life it should be enjoyed by pre-teens and teens as well, predictable but I also think some parents will find the film funny as well and it should be a good time the family can enjoy together.

A cool, fun film that does what it sets out to do and more, Debby Ryan did a fantastic job in her first lead role and I have no doubt we will be seeing alot more of her in the near future. This is a very good and funny movie with a heart-warming storyline and a great message, I highly recommend this to it's target audience and like I said before it is not a film to be taken seriously but it is a film that is highly entertaining and one the kids should get hours and hours of entertainment from.
