The Place For The Latest Movie Reviews
Alexandra D'Artagnan, junior NSA officer, uncovers a plot to assasinate the President of the United States and enlists the help of three infamous international spies to stop the threat.
The Asylum brings us their own modern adaptation of the classic tale. The story is about an evil General who wants to start a war with north Korea by killing the President and making it look like it was the Koreans, by timing it the day he was supposed to meet with the Korean leader.
The film doesn't waste any time getting to the action, it's fast pace is sure to keep any fan of the genre entertained. The film also has some very cool stunts and the CGI is some of the best I have seen in any of The Asylum's films. The cast did a pretty good job as far as acting goes, if I had to pick one of the actors I thought was best I would have to go with Heather Hemmens, she has some good acting skills and her fight scenes weren't bad either. Also I have to mention the film has a cameo from horror icon Kane Hodder, how cool is that?
As far the the action genre goes this has to be one of The Asylum's best to date. A decent story, lots of action and even some very funny dialogue makes "3 Musketeers" a fun ride.

This is a film that could easily turn into a series since the missions the Musketeers can go on are endless and if they can continue to make them as much fun as this one was then I am all for it. "ALL FOR ONE...and GUNS FOR ALL!," with a quote like that on the DVD cover you know you're in for a an enjoyable ride. I'm a sucker for low-budget action films, ones that leave all the drama and crap on the floor and just deliver on what they promise and this is one that does just that. If you're a fan of action then I highly recommend picking this one up, If you have seen The Asylum films, you all ready know what to expect but this is definitely one of their better movies.
