While volunteering in an experimental drug trial at a creepy testing facility, human guinea pigs Juliet (Jessica Grace Smith) and Andre (Raybon Kan) find clues pointing to a double murder, but their medication's hallucinogenic side effects hinder their attempts to solve the mystery.

When I found out this had the cast from "Flight Of The Conchords" in it and read it was a cross between the "Shining and Scary Movie" I was sold and really looked forward to sitting down to watch it. One thing to know is the the cast from "Flight OF The Conchords" do not have very big parts in the film but once you get past that and just sit back to watch this for what it is then I think you will find it to be fairly entertaining. I never did find it to be either really scary or very funny though there were few spooky parts that were creepy and the humor at times was very funny but the story is so well-written you have an easy time getting past that. Be sure to stick around for the credits because there is a scene inside as well. I can't say I loved the film itself but I did like it very much, it is cleverly written and the director did a great job at blending the horror and humor together. The humor is used at all the right times and it never gets in the way of the story the two main characters are involved in and I thought it had a great ending and one I never seen coming. Over-all this was an enjoyable film and I recommend it to anyone that enjoys the horror/comedy genre or if you are just looking for something a bit different from what has been coming out lately.
