Military techs Tom (Sean Faris) and Vic (Luke Ford) take their love of computer games to dangerous extremes when they snatch a top-secret warfare program and smuggle it into an abandoned jail, where an evil ghost infiltrates the software. As the men become key players in a deadly game, it's up to Special Forces recruit Jess (Rachael Taylor) to enter the virtual war zone and save the duo.

This formula has been done before like in the film "Ghost in The Machine" but it never did it as well as this one does. A bunch of military technicians decide to use the CGI simulator that they use on their normal duty,on their time off for fun and things do not go as planned. That is about all you need and should know before watching this, the film makes great use of it's special effects and there are some good horror moments as well plus the film has some excellent action in it to top things off. The cast lead by Sean Faris(Never Back Down) all do a terrific job at making their characters believable and they all handle the action scenes with ease as well. For a low-budget film I was surprised at just how good it was, the tech story was very well written and even though the film had a few flaws here and there it was never enough to distraction from it's over-all enjoyment. Well paced and just the right about of action and suspense makes this a winner for fans of both horror and gaming. Director,Chris Hartwill did a fantastic job at blending all the different elements together making this a great thrill ride. If you enjoy the genre then I highly recommend picking this up and checking it out, this is one title I will recommend to friends and one I am sure to watch again at some point.
