The above is about you should know before watching this film simply because the way the film is constructed and going more into detail would ruin the experience of the story itself. If your looking for something mainstream look else because this is an Independent Arthouse film but if you give the film a chance your going to be rewarded in the end. The story delves into the psyche of the characters, it takes a disturbing yet raw look at their lives. This is a film you can't look away from and one that through all it's sad moments leaves you with hope in the end. They say the best films are those that leave a lasting impression long after they are over and this is certainly one of them. In no way does the film follow the Hollywood formula and I think that is one of the best things about it, it travels back and forth not only between the characters but in time too and what might seem confusing at first all ties together as the film moves along. The cast here did a terrific job with each actor making their characters real and believable. The film is certainly different but it some how manages to captivate and move you like no other film I have seen this year which is due to the well-written script and the flawless direction. I recommend this to any fan of Independent cinema and for those looking for something different to watch, it is not going to be everyone's cup of tea but if you like this sort of film it is going to leave you thinking about it for a long time after it is over. This is some great film-making and I look forward to what ever project the filmmakers might have coming out.A terrific film that is both fascinating and hypnotic.
