Topher (Andrew St. John), Ricky (Diego J. Torres) and Snail (James Immekus) plan to surprise their homecoming dates with a trip to an isolated orchard, the supposed home of a killer known as the Caretaker. Since it's also Halloween, there's sure to be a few tricks in store for the ladies.

The film is centered on the teens in the movie but I felt after watching it that Jennifer Tilly and Judd Nelson could of had bigger roles in the film if for nothing then to add some star power, not that the young actors in the film were bad I just felt having those two in more scenes could of made the film better. The film is listed as a comedy/horror but there is certainly more comedy than horror in the one. The film could of used some gore and lots of it but it never came so on that I was a little disappointed. Now don't get me wrong the film is not a total waste, in fact it is pretty funny in spots, Tilly scenes were great. I also thought the caretaker angle was pretty cool over-all. When you have a film like this that is lacking in the scary as well as in the blood department needed to make it fun you have to at least have a story that is some what original and sadly this is like a long list of other horror films that came before it. Still if you like the horror/comedy genre you might find it to be a fun waste for an hour and a half. The Caretaker isn't all bad it is just that it could of been so much better had the writing been there.
