There is nowhere to hide…nowhere to run…the Zombie Apocalypse has come, and our world now belongs to the dead! From Ireland, Canada, Australia, Europe and all over the U.S., the bone-chilling news reports tell the same gruesome tale – walking corpses terrorize and devour the living. Only a few desperate humans find the courage to stand and fight for their last chance at survival. But the hordes of undead keep coming, and there’s only one thing on the menu – us.

Dread Central Presents: Zombieworld. A collection of zombie related short films put together to create a full movie. The use of an anchor man on a local TV station sets up each story and connects them all together. I liked the whole idea behind the film and it does work for the most part. For starters you are not going to put together a film such as this and not have low points. There are a few shorts that just do not work as well but most are good, Gory fun with lots of laughs. If I had to pick the best parts I would have to go with "Fist of Jesus" and "Brutal Relax," two short films from Director, David Muñoz.

If I had one complaint about the film it is that most of these shorts are available online to watch so while this might seem new to a lot of mainstream movie goers there is a good chance a lot of if not all Indie film lovers have seen most of the these films already. Still though I thought "Zombieworld" was entertaining for the most part and it certainly did not hurt having Bill Oberst Jr. play the newscaster, Marvin who has to battle zombie on set while giving all the updated news.
